Role description
Location: Northampton (Hybrid - 2 days on-site) Contract: 3 months initially (high likelihood to extend) Rate: £300-£400 a day Inside IR35 We are looking for a Data Analyst to join a critical project team supporting the migration from Dayforce to Workday. This role will play a key part in the final stages of system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and data cutover ahead of GoLive. Key Responsibilities • Assist with data migration from Dayforce to Workday, including transforming reports into upload-ready files. • Support UAT and system testing activities. • Collaborate with the project team on ad-hoc data tasks, payroll verification, and reporting. • Follow detailed instructions to ensure accurate data uploads and compliance. • Adapt to evolving project needs and provide support across different functional areas as required. Skills & Experience Essential: • Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills, able to work with large datasets. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. • Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. Desirable: • Experience with Workday or Dayforce (preferred but not required). • Experience in ERP/system implementations or data migrations. • Experience in payroll, reward, or HR systems a plus.
