Product Data Analyst (Ad Platforms)
Summary
Weβre looking for a Product Data Analyst to support a high-impact Ad Platforms team, helping drive data-informed decisions across product, design, and engineering. In this role, youβll analyze product performance, support experimentation, and deliver insights that shape best-in-class advertising products.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with complex datasets, is naturally curious, and wants to grow their skillset in product analytics and experimentation within a highly collaborative environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
β’ Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to define metrics and measurement strategies
β’ Analyze product and platform data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
β’ Support A/B testing and experimentation, including analysis and interpretation of results
β’ Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights clearly
β’ Perform analyses such as cohort, funnel, segmentation, and trend analysis
β’ Translate business questions into structured data analyses and actionable insights
β’ Collaborate with data engineering teams to understand data structures and ensure data quality
β’ Support analysis of advertising platform performance and user behavior
Technical Skills & Qualifications (Must-Haves)
β’ Strong proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets
β’ Experience with Python for data analysis (pandas, NumPy, etc.)
β’ Experience with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
β’ Familiarity with notebook environments (Jupyter, Databricks)
β’ Understanding of data modeling concepts and analytics workflows
β’ Experience or interest in product analytics and experimentation (A/B testing)
β’ Strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
Nice-to-Haves
β’ Experience working with advertising or platform data
β’ Exposure to experimentation frameworks and test design
