This is a 12-month contract working in Minneapolis, MN or Denver, CO (Hybrid) offering a pay rate of $35 per hour based on skillset. Role Details • Compensation: $35/hr W2 • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and direct primary care benefits. After six months of employment, enjoy a 4% matched 401(k) plan with immediate 100% vesting. • Duration: 12-month contract • Location: Minneapolis, MN or Denver, CO (Hybrid) What You’ll Be Doing • Data quality and data governance • Contextualizing data so it is meaningful for business users • Documenting data dictionaries and validation rules • Identifying gaps in data pipelines and working with IT to resolve them • Building and maintaining data pipelines • Developing dashboards (Power BI) • Supporting self-service analytics and training business users over time • Meeting with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs What We’re Looking For • Looking for 3+ years of current experience as a Data Analyst • Must have some experience with SQL, Python, and PowerBI • Understanding of data governance and data quality is required • Databricks is a nice to have • Strong communication skills is a must • Must have the ability to explain data in non-technical language Apply today to help support the energy efficiency side of the utility business, specifically residential solar and energy efficiency programs for our client. #DataAnalyst #Python #PowerBI #SQL #TechJobs
