Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Web Optimization & Analytics Specialist to lead data-driven website performance analysis and optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will be experienced in using Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Adobe Target to uncover actionable insights, enhance user experience, and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Analyze website data using Adobe Analytics and CJA to monitor KPIs, user behavior, and conversion rates. Transform complex data into actionable insights through storytelling and data visualization.
β’ Identify opportunities for improving website performance and conversion rates through deep analysis of user journeys, landing pages, and funnels. Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests using Adobe Target.
β’ Partner with internal stakeholders across marketing, UX, product, and web teams to align digital strategies with business goals. Maintain data integrity through strong governance practices and stay informed on the latest tools and trends to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
β’ Analytics & Optimization Expertise: 5+ years of experience analyzing website data using Adobe Analytics, CJA, and Adobe Target, including proficiency in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and personalization strategies.
β’ Data Visualization & Reporting: Proven ability to create insightful dashboards and reports using Adobe Workspace, Tableau, or Power BI.
β’ Communication & Storytelling: Strong skills in translating technical data into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical audiences.
β’ UX & CRO Knowledge: Solid understanding of user experience principles, website usability, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
β’ Business Alignment: Demonstrated ability to connect website performance strategies to broader business objectives.
β’ Education & Certifications: Bachelorβs degree in marketing, statistics, computer science, or a related field required; Adobe Analytics, CJA, and/or Target certification a plus.
