Role description
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Data Analyst II to join their team! This position is located in Greenwood Village, Colorado.
This role focuses on the end-to-end lifecycle of internal organizational data, from extraction and categorization to high-level visualization. Responsibilities include interpreting complex datasets and transforming raw inputs into actionable business intelligence. This position requires technical proficiency in data manipulation tools and the ability to present findings to cross-functional leadership teams.
Duties:
โข Manage large-scale internal datasets by utilizing back-end tools to categorize information and identify emerging trends
โข Perform daily analysis to support enterprise decision-making processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
โข Utilize Python, SQL, or Tableau to query databases and pull specific datasets based on organizational feedback and project requirements
โข Design and automate the distribution of comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports
โข Lead technical discussions with platform owners to translate business objectives into formal technical requirements and data deliverables
Desired Skills/Experience:
โข 2+ years of experience in a dedicated data or systems analysis role within a corporate environment
โข Mastery of Microsoft Excel, with a specific focus on Power Queries and advanced data modeling functions
โข Professional experience with SQL, Python, or Tableau for automated data extraction and visualization
โข Strong proficiency in PowerPoint to translate complex data findings into clear, visual presentations for executive review
โข Experience with Customer Experience (CX) metrics or enterprise-level data operations
โข Analytical certification is a plus, though not required
