About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst II to join our People Insights, Technology & Analytics team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical expertise to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and enhance business outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, business intelligence specialists, and HR stakeholders, to analyze complex datasets related to employee and organizational metrics. Your responsibilities will include data cleaning, manipulation, visualization, and storytelling to translate raw data into meaningful narratives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in SQL, intermediate skills in Tableau, and experience in data cleaning and analytics.
