The role involves working in a shared environment, with each analyst handling different datasets but under the same overall project theme. Key Responsibilities: • Test and modify programs or databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. • Update and maintain database management systems. • Develop and code database schemas and manage identifiers. • Collaborate with project teams to define scope and deliverables. • Interpret data and provide actionable insights to optimize processes. • Build automation and reporting for various operational metrics. Must-Have Skills: • Strong SQL and Python programming for complex data solutions. • Proficiency in data analysis and storytelling to communicate insights clearly. • Ability to define goals, success metrics, and guide data-driven decisions. Nice-to-Have Skills: • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). • Strong organizational, reporting, and time management skills. • Experience in designing scalable analytics frameworks.
