Role description
Role: Data Analyst III Location: Houston TX - 100% Onsite Duration: 12 Months Pay : $65 - $70/hr. Job Summary We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Data Analyst with strong experience in data analysis, reporting, automation, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions, optimize workflows, and develop scalable reporting and automation tools. Responsibilities โ€ข Gather business requirements and translate them into analytical and reporting solutions. โ€ข Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Power BI. โ€ข Design and optimize ETL processes, data pipelines, and SQL queries. โ€ข Improve data quality, governance, and accessibility across multiple data sources. โ€ข Build automation solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate. โ€ข Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field. โ€ข 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or process improvement. โ€ข Strong SQL, data modeling, and ETL experience. โ€ข Advanced Power BI skills and working knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate. โ€ข Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications โ€ข Experience developing custom Power Apps and Power Automate workflows. โ€ข Familiarity with enterprise data lakes and modern data platforms. โ€ข Experience with ETRM systems (e.g., Endur). โ€ข Knowledge of energy trading, LNG operations, or related industries.
