🧾 Senior Data Analyst – Risk & Compliance (GFC/KYC Focus) 🔍 Role Overview Support the Risk and Compliance team with a focus on: • Global Financial Crimes (GFC) • Regulatory and compliance analytics • KYC platform development • Gen AI integration for compliance enhancement 🎯 Key Responsibilities • Lead multiple analytics initiatives aligned with regulatory and business goals • Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable insights • Build dashboards for: • KYC • Transaction monitoring • Customer risk scoring • Integrate compliance data into enterprise platforms with traceability • Manage GCP cost reporting and optimize resource usage • Ensure analytics products align with: • Data Lineage • Data Catalogue • Data Quality tools • Conduct ad hoc analyses for: • Regulatory inquiries • Internal audits • Compliance reviews • Apply Gen AI to automate and enhance compliance monitoring/reporting 🛠️ Required Skills & Experience • 9+ years in data analysis, BI, and regulatory reporting • Strong SQL and data modeling skills • Deep expertise in GCP services and cost management • Proficiency in: • Looker Studio • Power BI • Tableau (or similar) • Experience with: • Data governance • Lineage • Quality tools • Strong knowledge of: • GFC • AML • KYC • Excellent communication and stakeholder management 🌟 Nice to Have • Experience with Gen AI in compliance/risk analytics • Familiarity with: • BSA/AML • FATF • GDPR • Prior work on KYC platforms or transaction monitoring systems Compensation: $55-$60/hour
