Role description
Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team and help drive strategic decision-making through data. In this role, you will analyze large and complex datasets, identify key trends, and translate insights into actionable business recommendations. The ideal candidate is both technically skilled and business-minded, able to communicate findings clearly to cross-functional stakeholders. This role is hybrid in NYC. Only candidates local to NYC currently will be considered. No relocation provided. Not available for C2C Responsibilities: β€’ Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategy. β€’ Develop clear, data-driven narratives and recommendations that guide cross-functional teams toward impactful decisions. β€’ Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver relevant analyses and data solutions. β€’ Ensure data accuracy and reliability through validation and quality checks. Qualifications: β€’ 2–4 years of full-time experience in a Data Analyst role. β€’ Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data. β€’ Strong experience with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. β€’ Experience with Git for version control. β€’ Knowledge of Python for data processing and analysis. β€’ Familiarity with Amazon S3 and AWS SageMaker or Jupyter Notebooks. β€’ Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools. β€’ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline.
