Position: Data Scientist/ Data Analyst IV Location: Cupertino, California Duration: Contract Job ID: 170773 Job Description: • Data Scientist • Partner with cross functional teams to define key performance indicators and reporting needs. • Investigate and maintain knowledge of operational and performance datasets. • Initiate projects to build and procure additional data needed for analysis. • Write and optimize complex SQL/Python queries to extract and analyze large datasets. • Develop and maintain tableau dashboards. • Perform ad-hoc deep dive operational analysis. • Balance competing priorities in ever-changing environment. Job Summary: • The Growth Marketing team is looking for a talented, experienced Data Scientist to join client’s team supporting Services. • Client works directly with cross functional teams to support analysis of marketing and operational performance. • In the next year, client is looking to expand and automate client’s reporting and dashboard capabilities. • The ideal candidate is a curious self-starter, with strong communication and attention to detail. • Candidates should have an analytic mindset, the ability to investigate and work independently, and hands on experience working with large datasets. Key Qualifications: • Experience working with large datasets related to Marketing or Operations. • Fluency in SQL, Python and Tableau. • Experience with ETL, automation, and/or machine learning. • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills. • Ability to work independently and proactively surface insights and recommendations.
