Overview
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support data quality, reporting, and analytical insights for key business and operational initiatives. This role focuses on importing, cleansing, validating, and analyzing data to uncover trends, correlations, and actionable conclusions. The Senior Data Analyst will work across departments and management teams to support organizational goals and may provide supervision, training, and mentoring to junior analysts.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for importing, cleansing, validating and analyzing data with the purpose of understanding or drawing conclusions from the data.
• May consolidate and/or present data in charts, graphs, or tables.
• Focused on improving data quality.
• Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
• Typically includes senior Data Analyst responsibilities with extensive prior experience.
• Able to work with other departments and management to determine organizational goals, pinpoint trends, correlations and patterns in complicated data sets.
• Able to provide supervision, training and mentoring to junior analysts within the department.
• Maintain strong capabilities in business analysis through clear focus, improved processes, knowledge build and use of analytical tools.
• Provide analytical support, insights, conclusions, and recommendations to Management based on analysis of key financial and operating KPIs.
• Coordinate governance processes including but not limited to monthly and quarterly stewardship and management updates (global and regional levels) as applicable.
• May include benchmarking and overall competitive performance analysis across Supply Chain operating locations.
• May include commercial performance analysis and recommendations to Management and/or Procurement on opportunities to optimize value and remove leakage.
• Position will provide analytical horsepower, strategic insights and market intelligence to enable commercial optimization, TCO model builds.

• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Report generation and data analysis.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Proficient in Tableau and/or Power BI for data visualization.
