In this role you will get to:
β’ Ensure accuracy of data and data cleansing as needed to activate clients for participation in a timely manner
β’ Work with large amounts of data in SQL and Excel, including advanced formula and pivot table projects
β’ Become a subject matter expert in client operations data, workflows, and processes
β’ Develop self-service reporting by integrating data from various sources such as internal databases
β’ Document key processes and workflows around data acquisition, integration, cleansing and monitoring
β’ Coordinate and communicate with internal and external teams to collect and request the data
β’ Maintain and operate SQL Database
Qualifications
β’ 2+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, operations, or a related field
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or related area.
Required Skills
β’ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
β’ Proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, and Excel/Google Sheets
β’ Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
Preferred Skills
β’ Experience with AI-driven automation or process optimization
β’ Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Tableau, or Python
