Data Analyst – Broadband & Telecom Hybrid | Denver, CO (3 days onsite / week) Multi‑Year Contract We’re hiring a Data Analyst (3–5+ years) to support a large‑scale broadband / telecom organization focused on customer experience and network performance. This role sits closely with product and business partners and works hands‑on with customer, network, and hardware data (including home modem data) to improve dashboards and drive clearer data storytelling. What you’ll do • Analyze large‑scale customer and network data sets • Partner with product owners and dashboard developers to enhance reporting • Determine what data belongs on dashboards and how it should be visualized • Build SQL queries and support data modeling efforts • Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical partners What we’re looking for • 3–5+ years of experience in data analytics • Strong SQL skills • Experience working with dashboards and BI tools • Tableau preferred (not required) • Background in telecom, broadband, or fiber environments strongly preferred • Proven ability to turn complex data into meaningful business insights Nice to know • Experience working with customer or network performance data • Comfort working cross‑functionally with technical and non‑technical teams If you’re interested in working on high‑impact telecom data in a collaborative, product‑driven environment, I’d love to connect.
