Role description
Estimated Contract Duration: 7 months, with likely ongoing extensions Hybrid Model: Onsite Mon-Thur; Friday’s Remote Location: Beaverton, OR 97005 Estimated Pay Rate: 30-40/hour Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience level, and education. Skills and Experience Requirements: β€’ 2-5 years of experience in data analytics or similar role β€’ Proficiency with Excel and spreadsheet software β€’ General understanding of enterprise data infrastructure β€’ Experience with Airtable configuration and project management β€’ Project management skills including the ability track work independently and prioritize requests from a variety of stakeholders β€’ Ability to work with multiple technologies such as Tableau, Snowflake, Python, SQL, Python, Adobe Analytics is a plus β€’ Self-starter who can pivot between macro and micro trend identification and be able to deliver a comprehensive narrative of data insights and projected operational opportunities Overview: We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our on-site team to support the ongoing development of our data infrastructure in partnership with the greater Globalization and Content Operations. This person will be someone who obsesses over data and small details, lives and breathes numbers and metrics, is lit up with joy when configuring a pivot table with some new data, loves working with many teams and partners, and is hungry to develop new KPIs. In this role you will: β€’ Work side by side with the Manager of Content Planning & Production across a variety of data models, systems, and tools to ensure ongoing success of the Data Program within Content Ops and Direct Globalization. β€’ Partner with our cross-functional teams in Digital Ops Enablement and Marketing Technology to guarantee the successful ongoing delivery of our team’s data needs. β€’ Work in Airtable. A lot of Airtable in fact. Vertically you will be partnering with Brand Creative and Consumer Direct Marketing partners to ensure that the data model and base configuration supports the needs of Direct Globalization. You will also be the team’s go-to teammate for Airtable configuration needs. β€’ Be a team-player. We work with a large team and have many partnering teams that rely on our ability to drive business-needs and deliver results. β€’ See data in a three dimensional way - taking metrics and KPIs and bringing them to life through visual mediums that are digestible by experts and laymen alike. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Work with the Manager of Content Planning & Production to deliver projects against the business needs. β€’ Partner with the Sr Globalization Data & Analytics PM to bring together the greater vision through data, metrics, and organization-wide KPIs. β€’ Working closely with the Ops Process Enablement team and attending their weekly meetings to ensure that NDG is properly plugged into the right data sets and drive the ongoing projects we are working on in collaboration with that team. β€’ Aggregate and analyze often complex and disparate sets of data, combining data-sets to surface important insights to drive business decisions. β€’ Perform data validation and data cleansing to ensure high-quality and accurate data. β€’ Analyze season-over-season and year-over-year data trends to accurately predict seasonal readiness forecasting and inform additional insights for the business. β€’ Present data-driven insights and learnings to leadership across our internal and partnering teams. β€’ Ability to understand project-scope and create accurate delivery schedules. β€’ Content Ops Team SME and main point of contact for Airtable configuration and troubleshooting. β€’ Potential other duties relating to the above as assigned.
