Primary Services is looking for a curious, coachable, and analytical Operations Analyst to dive into process improvement, work with big data, and help drive smarter energy use.
What You’ll Work On:
• Supporting demand response and VPP operations
• Analyzing large datasets and spotting trends
• Driving process improvements that scale
• Interpreting SQL logic (no dashboard building!)
• Presenting insights to internal teams and leadership
Must-Have Skills:
• Proficient in Excel (especially pivot tables – used daily)
• Strong understanding of SQL navigation and code logic
• Analytical thinker comfortable with large data sets
• Proven ability to execute process improvement initiatives
