Data Analyst

Overview Join our Telecom Client's team, where you’ll play a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy to ensure data integrity across multiple systems and locations and labs, which simulate real customer environments. You’ll manage inventory in DCIM tools like NetBox and BluePlanet, tracking devices, IP addresses, rack locations, and associated metadata for security compliance. The role involves reconciling data across multiple databases, automating reporting processes, and supporting IP migrations to Infoblox. Key Responsibilities • Maintain accurate inventory of physical assets and associated IP addresses across lab environments. • Pull and reconcile data from multiple systems, ensuring consistency and security compliance. • Work with DCIM tools (NetBox, BluePlanet) to track devices, serial numbers, hostnames, and rack locations. • Automate reporting and data feeds using Python scripting to improve efficiency and accuracy. • Support IP migration projects and ensure proper configuration in Infoblox. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explain data changes, document processes, and provide clear communication on system updates. • Assist in ongoing automation initiatives and CI/CD improvements for lab environments. Required Skills & Experience • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, inventory management, or related technical roles. • Advanced knowledge of SQL and ability to work with multiple relational and non-relational databases (MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). • Experience with Excel for data analysis and reporting. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and control conversations with stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with DCIM tools (NetBox, BluePlanet) • Strong proficiency in Python for scripting and automation. • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau or similar)
