Title: Data Analyst-I - 26957 Location: San Francisco, CA (On-site; remote eligibility dependent on company policy) Classification: W2 under staffing Supplier Contract Duration: February 16, 2026 – December 31, 2026 Compensation: $43.44/hour Visa Sponsorship: Not provided Position Overview A dynamic operational analytics team is seeking a Data Analyst to support merchant onboarding, compliance, and finance workflows. This person will manage business verification processes, assist with onboarding and compliance audits, and help streamline billing, invoicing, and onboarding solutions for new merchant partners within various product verticals. Key Responsibilities • Manage all business verification (BVID) requests, including processing, coordinating approvals, and ensuring completion with attention to policy compliance and internal controls. • Respond to and manage internal audit and compliance requests related to business verification. • Administer onboarding workflows for specialized merchant categories, including tax-regulated businesses, and ensure related data is current and accurate. • Support new merchant onboarding, ensuring compliant and efficient store creation and approval processes. • Field and resolve support requests from account or partnership management teams. • Project manage initiatives to address finance and reconciliation challenges, creating scalable solutions in platforms such as Salesforce to improve onboarding speed and accuracy. • Partner with accounting and engineering teams to resolve invoicing and payment issues. • Own elements of the merchant finance product roadmap by collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver impactful product features and updates. Qualifications • 1–2 years of experience in data entry or relevant data processing roles. • Bachelor’s degree required. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to accuracy and detail. • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external partners to resolve process and data challenges. Nice-to-Have Skills • Experience with Salesforce or other customer relationship management (CRM) platforms. • Familiarity with SQL or data querying tools.
