Job Description
The customer is seeking a Data Analyst to support the development of a platform that showcases data in a clear and usable way. This role focuses on turning data into insights and recommendations that help to identify areas for growth and set meaningful goals.
• Analyze the system data and turn insights into clear, practical recommendations that help to identify priorities, set goals, and improve student outcomes.
• Use data findings to build and maintain low-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Qualtrics etc ) that display system data and collect inputs from system's progress and impact.
• Create dashboards and tools that allow systems to easily see their data in one place. Build systems (such as forms, surveys, or applications) that automatically collect and organize data and agency staff can quickly understand results and take action without needing technical expertise.
• Analyze statutory data across multiple federal and state plans to identify overlaps and redundancies, and use data-driven insights to propose ways to unify plan requirements and eliminate duplication.
• Build scoring tools and trackers (such as excel scorecards) that help review system's applications, measure progress, and monitor results overtime.
Required:

• Low code experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (excel)
• Proficiency in Data visualization (Power Bi)
