We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our team in supporting a major data migration project for our end client. This specialist role involves working with clients in the asset management, wealth management, and insurance sectors to deliver exceptional data analysis and insights.
Responsibilities
• Extract data from various sources and transform it to meet business logic and standards.
• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
• Create stored procedures, views, and functions to streamline data operations.
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and insights.
• Utilise advanced Python skills for data manipulation.
Essential Skills
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with SQL Server.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Python.
• Experience with data migration projects.
• Background in financial services, ideally life and pensions, wealth management or retail banking.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Experience with Tableau for analytic reporting.
