Data Analyst

About the Role:We are seeking an experienced professional to work closely with our Data Analytics teams to capture, document, and communicate their achievements and business impact to senior leadership and larger organizational audiences. This role is focused on storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and supporting organizational change, rather than traditional data analysis. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Data Analytics teams to collect and document accomplishments, highlights, and measurable business value. Develop and maintain presentations that effectively showcase the team’s work to senior leadership and broader audiences. Adapt communication strategies to support organizational change management initiatives, tailoring messaging to stakeholder needs. Serve as a liaison between Data Analytics teams and stakeholders, proactively addressing concerns and ensuring successful implementation of initiatives. Required Skills and Experience: Experience in Enterprise Data Warehouse, Data & Analytics, and Reporting environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creating engaging presentations for diverse audiences. Familiarity with change management principles and practices. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and adapt communication strategies. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and respond effectively to changing stakeholder priorities.
