Data Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to impactful projects in the healthcare sector. Responsibilities • Collect and prepare data from various sources for analysis and reporting. • Engage with Care Organizations to ensure efficient data collection and updates. • Validate data accuracy and identify records that require updates. • Collaborate with a data cleansing team to define and implement data cleansing requirements. • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. • Evaluate and improve data collection processes to enhance efficiency. • Continuously update data while adhering to service level agreements. • Assist in software configuration pre and post-implementation to meet organizational needs. Skills • 2+ years of experience in technology support, particularly in pre and post-implementation activities. • Strong background in the healthcare industry. • Proficient in data analysis and interpretation with attention to detail. • High level of proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and formulas. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment with a client-focused approach. Preferred Skills • Experience in the provider network side of healthcare. • Familiarity with cross-matrixed organizational structures. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong consumer-facing skill sets.
