Data Analyst

The Role • Design and build interactive dashboards to report on customer retention and revenue-generating activities. • Utilise SQL and Python for data querying, manipulation, and automation of analysis processes. • Support experimentation on growth and retention by analysing and reporting on A/B testing results. • Present clear and concise findings and insights to business stakeholders and executives. • Support the EMEA business by working directly with sales and marketing teams. What You'll Need • High proficiency in SQL and Excel. • Proven experience in building dashboards using tools like Tableau and Qliksense. • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and analysis. • 3+ years of relevant experience working with web and call centre data. • Strong ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
