Job details are Shared below: Job Title: Operations Analyst Location: Walker, MI 49534 (hybrid) Job Duration: 12+m Contract Primary Skills: • Data Analysis & Database Querying (SQL) • Financial & Operational Metrics Tracking • Experience in Microsoft Excel (Advanced) , Power BI (Dashboards & Visualizations) , Microsoft Power Platform • Process Improvement & Operational Support • Bachelors degree required • Experience with database querying tools (e.g., SQL) and data visualization platforms is preferred. • Proficiency with Microsoft Power Suite (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) as well as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other common business applications. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Responsibilities: • Database Data Pulls: Extract, organize, and validate data from various databases to support reporting, analysis, and decision-making activities. • Workload Management: Assist in the allocation and prioritization of tasks and projects across teams, ensuring efficient resource utilization and timely completion of deliverables. • Financial and Metric Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on financial performance and key business metrics. Prepare regular dashboards and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders. • Ongoing Operational Support: Provide day-to-day support for operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
