Role description
• There will be one round of interviews with the host manager and a supervisor.
• Potential to convert to FTE based on performance and budget at the time
• 4 days in office, 1-day WFH (Friday). Start anywhere from 7am to 9am, finish from 4 to 6pm.
• Top 3 qualities: This role serves as the bridge between technology and the business, ensuring solutions are successfully adopted, supported, and continuously improved after deployment. Strong relationship and communication skills, continuous improvement mindset and analytical and technology savvy
• HS diploma required, some college (preferably college degree) required
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor adoption, usage, and performance metrics
• Coordinate training, communications, and change management
• Testing
• Access Management
• Serve as frontline business support and escalation point
• Identify process gaps, user pain points, and optimization opportunities
• Maintain documentation and knowledge assets
• Human in the Loop for AI ChatBot
• Monitors Teams Chanels during and after Deployment
