Job Title: Data Analyst Job Location: Warren, MI (Hybrid) Job Type: Contract – (12 Months) - (potential for extension) Salary Range: $45 - $49.08 / Hourly Schedule: 1st Shift ~ Hybrid ( On-site Tuesday–Thursday; remote Monday & Friday) Job Description: Overview: The Data Analyst will support database management, data integrity, and analytics operations. This individual will coordinate changes to computer databases, test and implement database systems, and apply data management best practices to drive operational insights. Top 3 Must-Have Skills 1. SQL proficiency 1. Strong technical and analytical background 1. Experience with troubleshooting and case management Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Duration: 52 weeks Start Date: November 10, 2025 Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with management, technical, and cross-functional teams to define data requirements and implementation strategies. • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. • Develop and maintain logical and physical database structures. • Modify existing databases and data management systems as needed. • Conduct testing, identify and correct errors, and ensure data accuracy. • Troubleshoot and resolve Level 3 customer support cases related to mobile apps, connectivity, account management, and data systems. • Use SQL extensively for issue analysis and resolution. • Maintain clear documentation and adhere to data governance standards. Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred). • Experience: 2–4 years in data analysis or a related role (open to candidates with 1 year of strong experience). • Required Skills: • Proficiency in SQL (must-have). • Experience with database technologies and ETL processes. • Knowledge of at least one scripting language (Python preferred). • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills: • Working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau. • Familiarity with Azure Databricks or similar tools. • Background in case management or technical troubleshooting. • Experience in tech support environments. Team & Work Environment • Team of 4 members performing similar analytical and support functions. • Primary responsibility: managing and resolving customer data and technical cases. • Structured onboarding: one week of shadowing followed by 3–4 weeks of guided training. • Written procedures and documentation provided for independent work. • Hybrid schedule with flexibility for remote work two days per week.
