Our client is seeking a Senior Studio Analytics Manager to drive efficiency and strategic decision-making within their dynamic creative studio, leveraging expertise in Tableau and Snowflake. The Role • Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs) with compelling Tableau visuals and in-depth operational analysis. • Act as a data Subject Matter Expert for cross-functional partners, translating complex metrics for creative-focused stakeholders. • Investigate and troubleshoot data flows, collaborating closely with data engineering teams in Snowflake to ensure data integrity. • Navigate intricate Tableau dashboards to uncover critical insights and respond to leadership inquiries swiftly. • Ensure seamless business continuity through comprehensive shadowing and knowledge transfer with the incumbent. What You'll Need • Proven Tableau proficiency – your primary tool for all visual and reporting creation. • Solid Snowflake experience – working comfortably within data warehouses and collaborating with partners. • 5+ years in operational analytics (e.g., call center, customer service, production operations) with a strong focus on capacity planning, utilization metrics, and efficiency measurement. • Expertise in operational KPIs including staffing/headcount planning, capacity utilization, and volume management. • Exceptional ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for non-technical creative stakeholders.
