We have a current opportunity for a Data Analyst - Marketing & Ad Sales Enablement on a contract basis. The position will be fully remote. For further information about this position please apply.
About the Opportunity:
β’ Location: Fully Remote, but ideally commutable to Los Angeles or NY/NJ for team collaboration - LA being the preference
β’ Schedule: Core hours aligned with Pacific. Flexibility to support cross-region teams.
β’ Conversion: Strong intent to convert to FTE after 6 months based on performance.
Responsibilities:
The Data Analyst will be responsible for:
β’ Analyzing campaign performance and program efficacy across multiple business units (B2B and B2C).
β’ Building and maintaining dashboards and reports using Datorama, Salesforce Intelligence, or equivalent BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
β’ Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and data teams to align on metrics and reporting needs.
β’ Partnering with internal Salesforce Admins and other team members to centralize reporting needs across multiple Salesforce instances (Sales, Service, Media, etc.).
β’ Configuring and optimizing visualizations and insights delivery (automated reporting, email performance metrics, attribution reports).
β’ Contributing to and support international reporting (EU, Australia, Mexico, Canada).
β’ Supporting the team with platform transitions, SSO configuration, and Salesforce integrations.
Qualifications:
β’ Proven experience in data analytics within a marketing, ad sales, or retail environment.
β’ Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Intelligence (Datorama) or similar tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker.
β’ Strong ability to build dashboards, derive insights, and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and building from the ground up.
β’ Strong communication and collaboration skills - able to ask "why," dig deeper, and own the narrative behind the data.
Desired Skills:
β’ Familiarity with Salesforce platform(s) - Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Media Cloud a plus.
β’ Ability to support multi-region/global reporting initiatives.
β’ Self-starter with a curious, learning-oriented mindset.
β’ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving organization with shifting priorities.
β’ Prior experience in media, entertainment, or digital advertising environments is helpful but not required.
β’ Bonus: Experience in campaign data visualization, ad attribution models, or CRM/SaaS environments.
