Job Title: Media Measurement Data Analyst (AI-Enhanced Marketing Analytics)

About the Role
Out client is seeking a Media Measurement Data Analyst to turn data into powerful storytelling that drives brand strategy and informs C-suite decisions.
This role sits at the intersection of data analysis, marketing insight, and AI-assisted intelligence β measuring the impact of media across social, TV, influencer, retail, and digital channels for some of Americaβs most iconic brands.
Youβll join a fast-paced, high-visibility team that delivers insights bi-weekly to senior leadership. Working within the business organization (not IT), youβll blend analytical precision with narrative clarity to define what success looks like across Clientβs media investments.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Perform full-funnel media measurement across paid, owned, and earned channels (social, TV, influencer, retail media, etc.).
β’ Conduct data harmonization, taxonomy standardization, and KPI alignment across enterprise media programs.
β’ Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and aggregate large datasets from multiple media sources.
β’ Use advanced Excel and statistical techniques to analyze performance data, identify trends, and quantify ROI or incremental lift.
β’ Translate analytical results into strategic stories and executive-level recommendations for senior leadership.
β’ Collaborate with media managers, agency partners, and buyers to interpret results and drive media optimization.
β’ Contribute to the design and enhancement of Power BI dashboards for recurring and ad-hoc reporting.
β’ Explore opportunities to integrate AI-powered analysis and automation (e.g., LLM-assisted reporting, anomaly detection, or predictive modeling) into reporting workflows.
Candidate Profile
β’ Strong SQL expertise β able to query, join, and structure large datasets efficiently.
β’ Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, modeling, and data visualization.
β’ Statistical analysis experience β capable of identifying trends, variances, and causal insights.
β’ Exceptional data interpretation and storytelling ability β translating analytics into clear business narratives.
β’ Understanding of data infrastructure and data flow; familiarity with media data ecosystems a plus.
β’ Power BI experience is strongly preferred; may offset lighter soft skills.
β’ Comfort in fast-paced environments with high visibility and tight turnaround times.
Preferred Skills
β’ Familiarity with media measurement, MMM, attribution modeling, or marketing science.
β’ Exposure to AI-driven analytics tools or generative AI for insights summarization.
