Job Description
We are looking for a Data Insights & Automation Analyst with hands-on experience in Salesforce (SFDC) data, Power Automate, and Power BI. This role supports the Program Management team by building automation workflows, improving data quality, and delivering impactful dashboards and insights. The ideal candidate has a mix of analytical skills, automation experience, and program management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Work extensively with Salesforce datasets (Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, custom objects, reports, and CSV exports).
β’ Clean, join, and validate Salesforce data for analytics and automation workflows.
β’ Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
β’ Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
β’ Create, optimize, and maintain Power Automate flows connecting Power BI, SharePoint, Excel, and Salesforce exports.
β’ Develop approval workflows (L1/L2/VP), automated notifications, and structured data-capture systems.
β’ Monitor and troubleshoot flow failures, data mismatches, and performance issues; implement long-term fixes.
β’ Produce clear documentation, including field mappings, flow diagrams, and naming standards.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture data requirements and deliver reliable solutions.
β’ Support data governance and ongoing data quality initiatives.
β’ Present insights, automation results, and workflow improvements to leadership.
β’ Apply program management skills to prioritize work, track deliverables, manage dependencies, and escalate risks.
Qualifications
β’ 4+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Automation roles.
β’ Hands-on experience with Salesforce data, object schema, and report automation.
β’ Proficiency in Power Automate (cloud flows) and Power BI.
β’ Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and data visualization.
β’ Knowledge of SharePoint lists, CSV/Excel data handling, and basic data modeling.
β’ Ability to understand Power Query (M) and write simple DAX.
β’ Solid problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
β’ Experience in program management (planning, tracking, reporting).
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
β’ Experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
β’ Prior experience in a tech or semiconductor environment.
