Data Analyst (Onsite) Primary Location: Phoenix, Arizona V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Data Analyst for our premier client in Phoenix, Arizona. Education And Experience Β» β€’ Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. β€’ Atleast 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst. β€’ Statistical Analysis/Data Science experience. β€’ Ability to analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform veteran homelessness plan development. β€’ Ability to collect, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability. β€’ Ability to employ statistical analysis to predict future resource needs to end veteran homelessness. β€’ Ability to clearly communicate findings and projections to the program coordinator, department director, project team and all other internal and external stakeholders. β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment. β€’ Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. β€’ Attend all virtual and team and individual meetings. β€’ Flexibility to attend in office meetings with stakeholders, if needed. Preferred: β€’ Military service experience or background in working with veteran populations. β€’ General knowledge of the challenges facing service providers and veterans at risk of or experiencing homelessness. β€’ Two years experience in a similar role. β€’ Communicate and Present projections and findings. What You’ll Do Job Responsibilities: β€’ Responsible for collecting and synthesizing data from existing data bases in three areas, veteran and homeless veteran population demographics, financial, and service related resources allocated to homeless veteran initiatives. β€’ This data will provide a baseline of the current demographics of veterans experiencing homelessness and the financial and service resources allocated across the state. β€’ From this baseline the Data Analyst will work collaboratively with internal and external partners to identify trends and make annual projections for the future ten years.
