Role Responsibilities β€’ Gather, cleanse, and analyse data across finance, clients, services, and market positioning. β€’ Identify trends, correlations, and growth opportunities. β€’ Build clear dashboards and reports (e.g. Power BI) to communicate insights. β€’ Maintain data accuracy and implement quality checks across multiple systems including CRM. β€’ Collaborate with project stakeholders and present findings to senior leaders. Role Requirements β€’ Proven experience analysing complex datasets to generate business insights. β€’ Strong Excel and SQL skills, with knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. β€’ Ability to translate data into clear, compelling recommendations. β€’ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. β€’ Organised, proactive, and collaborative, with strong attention to detail. β€’ Property sectors experience desirable but not essential. β€’ Knowledge of the property sector desirable but not essential.
