Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst for a remote contract in Texas. Responsibilities: Seeking a Data Analyst to support the development of a platform that showcases system data in a clear and usable way. This role focuses on turning data into insights and recommendations that help identify areas for growth and set meaningful goals. 1. Analyze school system data and turn insights into clear, practical recommendations that help schools identify priorities, set goals, and improve outcomes. 1. Use data findings to build and maintain low-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Qualtrics etc. ) that display school system data and collect inputs from system's progress and impact. 1. Create dashboards and tools that allow school systems to easily see their data in one place. Build systems (such as forms, surveys, or applications) that automatically collect and organize data. 1. Analyze statutory data across multiple plans to identify overlaps and redundancies, and use data-driven insights to propose ways to unify plan requirements and eliminate duplication. 1. Build scoring tools and trackers (such as excel scorecards) that help review system's applications, measure progress, and monitor results overtime. Minimum Qualifications: • 8 years experience in Data Analytics, Data Storytelling • 8 years of Low code experience • 5 years Proficiency with Microsoft Office (excel) • 3 years proficiency in Data visualization (Power Bi) Preferred Qualifications: • Proficiency with Qualtrics • Proficiency with Smartsheet • Experience working with state agencies, education sector, related fields What We Offer: Sistema offers competitive pay and solid benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
