Data Analyst - No C2C

Title: Data Analyst Location: Louisville, KY Rate: $38.86/Hr Note: This position is a contract on W2, and is NOT open to C2C. Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Organizational Development (OD) Data Analyst to support data-driven initiatives across OD programs. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, validating, and reporting on organizational data to support decision-making and program effectiveness. Key Responsibilities • Collect, analyze, validate, and report data related to Organizational Development programs. • Extract and analyze data from multiple sources including databases, manual records, and external websites. • Design, test, and document data processes and reporting workflows. • Respond to internal data requests from various departments and stakeholders. • Create and publish both scheduled and ad hoc reports. • Document reporting requirements, data definitions, and processes. • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data through validation and quality checks. Required Qualifications • Experience working with relational databases. • Proficiency with query tools and/or statistical analysis software. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent organizational and documentation abilities. • Ability to work with large data sets and multiple data sources.
