Job Title: Data Analyst / Data Business Analyst Location: Greensboro, NC (Hybrid/Onsite as required) Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst / Data Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics, AI-enabled insights, and interactive dashboards. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders and leadership to translate data into actionable intelligence using modern BI and AI tools. Key Responsibilities • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights that support strategic initiatives • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau • Leverage AI and AI-driven analytics tools to enhance forecasting, anomaly detection, and decision support • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions • Act as a Data Business Analyst, bridging business needs with technical data solutions • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reports and dashboards • Present findings clearly to leadership through visual storytelling and data narratives Required Skills & Experience • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Business Analyst • Strong hands-on experience with Tableau for dashboard development and visualization • Experience working with AI tools and AI-enabled analytics (predictive models, automated insights, or intelligent dashboards) • Solid understanding of data modeling, KPIs, and business metrics • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business leaders Preferred Qualifications • Experience building AI-powered dashboards or integrating AI insights into BI tools • Background supporting business, finance, operations, or strategy teams • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
