Role description
Data Analyst
Pay Rate $40.00/hour to $46.17/hour W2 (no 1099 or C2C)
Duration: 1 year contract
Hours Start anywhere from 7am to 9am, finish from 4 to 6pm.
Location San Diego, CA - 4 days in office, 1 day WFH (Friday)

Primary Role:
Ensure solutions are used, understood, and continuously improved.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor adoption, usage, and performance metrics
• Coordinate training, communications, and change management
• Testing
• Access Management
• Serve as frontline business support and escalation point
• Identify process gaps, user pain points, and optimization opportunities
• Maintain documentation and knowledge assets
• Human in the Loop for AI ChatBot
• Monitors Teams Channels during and after Deployment
Description:
Level I: 0-2 Years of Experience. Performs data collection, analysis, validation and reporting. Designs, tests, and documents processes, SQL queries, and stored procedures. Extracts and analyzes data from various sources, including databases, manual files, and external websites. Responds to data inquiries from various groups within an organization. Creates and publishes regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports. Documents reporting requirements and processes and validates data components as required. Requires experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools and/or statistical software; Strong analytical and organizational skills also essential.
