Optomi, in partnership with a global leader in the retail industry, is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team! This role supports a growing program that manages over $93 million in sales!
What the right candidate will have:
• 1–3 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Excel (basic knowledge), and SQL (basic knowledge).
• Strong communication skills and a sales-focused mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and directly with customers.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for improving customer experience and operational workflows.
Nice to haves:
• Experience with Python or other scripting languages.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts or tools.
• Familiarity with Google BigQuery.
• Understanding of sales organizations or account management structures.
Responsibilities of the right candidate:
• Maintain and manage Excel trackers to monitor application statuses and customer onboarding.
• Work closely with the account team to scale new capabilities and improve in-store application experiences.
• Partner with sales reps to identify, onboard, and support customers in accessing Trade Credit services.
• Communicate directly with customers to resolve issues, collect feedback, and promote program participation.
• Use Tableau, SQL, and Google BigQuery to create dashboards and generate actionable insights.
• Help automate reporting processes and simplify data workflows for better team visibility and efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine customer journey processes, including shortening the application process and supporting in-store integration.
• Partner with internal data consultants and full-time staff to clean, analyze, and visualize data for process improvement.
