Job Description We are hiring an experienced Data Analyst to join our team as a direct W2 salaried or hourly employee. This is an on-site role where you will play a key part in improving and optimizing the client’s data management systems. The position involves identifying issues, developing solutions, creating strategic plans, and producing detailed reports to support decision-making. Core responsibilities include enhancing data management practices, tracking key performance metrics, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of reporting processes. Data Solutions Development: • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the current state of data management and reporting systems. • Develop and implement plans to address identified issues and improve overall processes. • Recommend solutions to increase efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility of data. Reporting and Analysis: • Create standard and ad hoc reports based on business needs. • Design report templates and generate detailed data sets for analysis. • Aggregate and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. • Investigate and resolve reporting inconsistencies or data quality issues. • Develop and maintain business intelligence reports using tools such as BOE, Power BI, or similar platforms. Deliverables: • Comprehensive plans for improving data management and reporting processes. • Standard and ad hoc reports that meet organizational needs. • Revised systems and reporting tools for tracking performance metrics. • Data analysis summaries that support strategic decision-making. • Integration strategies for connecting related systems or datasets. Additional Responsibilities: • Serve as a liaison between business teams and IT staff, including project managers and development teams. • Plan and coordinate testing efforts, including test plans, scenarios, and execution for system integration and user acceptance testing. • Support training efforts by developing training materials, manuals, and guides. • Ensure compliance with applicable policies, standards, and regulations. • Analyze documentation to identify required system or process changes. • Proactively escalate risks or issues and participate in problem-solving efforts. • Facilitate meetings and reviews related to system enhancements and business requirements. • Prepare and deliver updates, presentations, and reports to leadership and stakeholders.
