Work Schedule:
This position follows a hybrid schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday onsite, with Thursday and Friday remote. During the first two weeks, onsite attendance is required five days per week for training.
General Summary
Under the direction of a senior analyst, supervisor, or manager, you will collect, process, map, and analyze data to support the accurate migration and loading of data into a new Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define data transformation requirements between legacy and future-state PLM environments and verify data loads to ensure accuracy and successful system implementation. Responsibilities include data cleansing, maintenance of data objects and attributes, and collaboration with business users to implement updates in accordance with established processes.
You will also review system requirements and business processes, assist with software solution implementation for the PLM environment, and contribute as an individual contributor with minimal supervision, exercising sound judgment and technical expertise.
Primary Responsibilities
• Support project and workstream leads for Bills of Material (BOMs), parts, and associated documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and business objectives.
• Perform validation and verification activities for multiple data migration and loading cycles.
• Support data cleanup efforts by gathering requirements and collaborating with IT teams to maintain and update PLM and ERP data through established processes.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Translate complex findings into clear and meaningful recommendations.
• Analyze, define, and develop documentation control methodologies to support PLM processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.
• Automate data processes and improve reporting efficiency where appropriate.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret data to support informed decision-making.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business environment.
• Experience implementing, configuring, or supporting Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL.
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
• Experience working within PLM or other collaborative enterprise environments.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and task management skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong time management and decision-making skills.
• Ability to independently create, review, and implement work instructions and process documentation to support new systems and business processes.
