Role description
Job Summary: The Data Analyst/Developer/Data Champion will play a key role in promoting data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role will involve collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights, as well as fostering a data-literate culture and championing data governance practices. Responsibilities: Data Analysis/Tableau Developer: β€’ Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources. β€’ Work within existing data structures β€’ Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to support decision-making. β€’ Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within data sets. β€’ Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover insights and support hypothesis testing. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and develop analytical solutions. Other Responsibilities: β€’ Develop and maintain data dictionaries and metadata. β€’ Support the development and implementation of data processes and procedures. β€’ Contribute to the development of strategic data plans and initiatives. β€’ Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and data governance. Qualifications: β€’ Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and techniques. β€’ Strong knowledge with Tableau β€’ Experience with SQL or other database technologies. β€’ Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences. β€’ Experience with data governance, data quality, or data privacy. β€’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. β€’ Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. The pay for this position is $37/hr.
