• • • • • • • • • • NO THIRDS PLEASE • • • • • • • • • • LOCAL HOUSTON AREA CANDIDATES ONLY PLEASE • • • • • I am seeking a Data Analyst that is willing to work a set 3–4-month contract that is filling in for someone who will be out on a temporary medical leave. You MUST have strong Python and Excel skills and be willing and able to pass a couple of proficiency tests. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-7 years of experience AND be willing to accept $30.00-$35.00 an hour on W-2 for this particular role. MUST be a US Citizen or legal Green Card Holder. Early December projected start date. Also, must be willing to work a 5-day work week in the downtown Houston area. This position will help development team’s data management, analytics, and reporting functions. This position will support Key Client teams, Recruiting, Diversity & Inclusion, Alumni, Coaching and Lateral Integration, and leadership. The primary focus is ensuring the continuity and integrity of Client Development’s data and workflows, while executing standard analytics and reporting requests across systems such as Excel, Python, and Alteryx. Job Requirements: - Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (will be tested) - 2+ years of professional experience with Python (will be tested) - 2+ years of professional experience with ETL processes - General understanding of/experience with SQL and APIs - Working proficiency in Excel, Python, and Alteryx for data analysis and reporting. - Experience with CRM or data visualization systems (e.g., DealCloud, Power BI, Tableau) a plus. - Demonstrable expertise in determining the appropriate analytic approaches and computing techniques given data availability and business need - Experience with developing effective data visualization approaches - Strong interpersonal and project management skills – able to work independently, as needed, managing projects from start to finish with minimal oversight Education: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems is required.
