About the Role:
We are seeking a hands-on Data Analyst to support a high-visibility, business-critical initiative focused on capacity planning, forecasting, and operational analytics. This role supports day-to-day decision-making in a high-volume, structured data environment.
This is a true Data Analyst role — not Data Science, not Machine Learning engineering, and not Data Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze historical and recurring data to forecast volume and workload
• Build and maintain capacity planning models
• Develop complex Excel-based forecasting and scenario models
• Create and enhance Power BI dashboards and operational reports
• Analyze distribution of volume across sites
• Support business stakeholders with actionable insights
• Work closely with onshore analysts and offshore teams (ML models handled elsewhere)
• Operate confidently in a high-visibility environment
Required Skills & Experience
• 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Strong expertise in Advanced Excel (forecasting, modeling, pivots)
• Experience with Power BI (dashboards, reporting)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with structured, high-volume data
• Understanding of machine learning concepts (collaboration-level; no model building required)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-facing skills
Nice to Have
• Capacity planning or demand forecasting experience
• Experience in high-volume environments (manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, etc.)
• SQL for data extraction and analysis
