Data Analyst

Payrate: $50.00 - $53.00/hr. Summary: We are seeking a detail‐oriented and analytically driven supply chain professional to support the Server Supply Chain Planning and Forecasting team through data‐driven insights and decision support. This role focuses on conducting exploratory data analysis, developing analytical models, and translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that inform planning and execution decisions. The ideal candidate will evaluate data sources, assumptions, and model performance while collaborating across teams to ensure alignment in data and processes. This position balances independent, hands‐on analytical work with cross‐functional engagement to improve supply chain visibility, planning accuracy, and operational efficiency across server supply chain. Responsibilities: • Conduct exploratory data analysis, create data models, and develop actionable insights to enable and support decision-making for business leaders across the server Supply Chain Planning and Forecasting team • Identify and leverage appropriate sources of data and contribute to the development of recommendations. • Determine appropriate analytical techniques and critically evaluate assumptions. • Share and simplify relevant findings and insights and ensure presented results are accessible and accurate. • Support and/or consult with other teams and identify relevant data-driven recommendations. • Recommend efficiency improvements for core work and evaluate the viability of automated data collection methods. • Understand linkages between analytical models and contribute to the review process and, if the model is deemed deficient, seek to determine why. • Work within and across teams to ensure alignment in data sources and processes and engage stakeholders to act on opportunities. Requirements: • 4 years of experience in supply chain planning, forecasting, analytics, or a related operations‐focused role. • Strong analytical and data modeling skills, with hands‐on experience conducting exploratory data analysis and translating insights into recommendations. • Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, complex formulas, data validation) and experience using reporting or data visualization tools such as Power BI. • Solid understanding of supply chain fundamentals, including demand‐supply balancing, capacity planning, and operational execution. • Ability to evaluate data sources, assumptions, and analytical outputs, and identify gaps or improvement opportunities in models and analyses. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex findings for cross‐functional stakeholders. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast‐paced, execution‐driven environment. Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $50.00 - $53.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
