Kforce has a client in North Quincy, MA that is seeking a Data Analyst - Operational Risk Management to support the expansion of its data infrastructure and analytics capabilities. This role will focus on automating manual reporting processes, developing dashboards, and contributing to long-term AI and portal initiatives. This role will work 4 days a week onsite in the Boston/Quincy/Burlington area. Responsibilities:
β’ Automate and streamline manual reporting workflows
β’ Develop and maintain dashboards to support risk management insights
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational risk data into engineering requirements
β’ Support the buildout of a centralized data infrastructure using Databricks
β’ Contribute to the design and development of a role-based reporting portal
β’ Work with ORM data programs, particularly Archer, to manage and analyze risk data (e.g., losses, KRIs)
Requirements
β’ Proficiency in SQL (required)
β’ Experience with Databricks
β’ Programming in Python (R is a plus)
β’ Familiarity with Archer or similar ORM platforms
β’ Strong understanding of operational risk data and analytics
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
