Description Robert Half is seeking a Data Analyst to support a Financial Services organization focused on Incentive Compensation operations. This role supports the ongoing enhancement and maintenance of incentive compensation models and reporting processes. The position is a remote contract-to-hire opportunity with strong conversion potential due to team growth and project backlog. Apply today! Job Details: • Schedule: 8:am PST - 5:00pm PST • Duration: Contract-to-Hire • Location: Remote Job Responsibilities: • Build and enhance Anaplan Incentive Compensation models (formulas, modules, lists, import actions) • Support monthly IC processing including data preparation, QA validation, reconciliations, and reporting • Develop and maintain SQL and Snowflake queries feeding Anaplan models • Document processes, business logic, and test steps to ensure audit readiness • Partner with the Lead IC Data Analyst to execute a backlog of enhancements and reporting requests • Support audit inquiries and implement small automation/quality improvements • Assist with integration of new employees from acquisitions into compensation systems • Update SQL logic and Anaplan models to support new financial product Requirements • 4-10 years of experience in a Data Analyst role • Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, Power Query, XLOOKUP/XMATCH, SUMIFS, and nested formulas • SQL experience with joins, CTEs, and window functions • Strong communication and organizational skills • Willingness to complete Anaplan Level 1-3 certification (training provided) Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with dimensional modeling concepts (hierarchies, grain, sparsity) • Snowflake experience and basic ETL understanding • Power BI experience for data validation • Azure DevOps or similar kanban tools • Awareness of AWS data storage/pipeline services Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.
