Role description
I am hiring for Data Analyst – Payments & Ledger (OMNI / ODS Platforms)
Location: Glasgow - Hybrid / 2-3 days Per week in Office
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within large and complex data platforms
• Strong domain expertise in Payments and Ledger systems (mandatory)
• Experience with Operational Data Store (ODS) or similar enterprise data architectures
• Strong understanding of data flows, data lineage, and transformation processes
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories (Agile/Scrum)
• Experience working with Product Owners, stakeholders, and technical teams
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and compliance frameworks
Nice to Have
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments
• Exposure to data modeling (logical and physical)
• Understanding of APIs, event-driven architectures, or streaming data concepts
• Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• SQL and data querying skills for validation and analysis
