Role description
Our client is seeking a People Analytics Data Analyst to join clientβs People Analytics team. You will work across the People organization to enable data-informed decisions and insights. We are looking for someone with a solid technical background, a passion for HR data, and the ability to collaborate across various HR business functions.
This role requires travel to our San Francisco, CA or Chicago, IL office for in-person onboarding during the first week of employment.
What Youβll Be Doing
β’ Design, develop, and deliver data analytics and insights that deliver business value to our stakeholders
β’ Manage existing dashboards by monitoring ongoing functionality, implementing new requests, and performing operational updates
β’ Produce technical and user-facing documents as needed to communicate changes
β’ Find areas of opportunity to automate business processes and manual tasks
β’ Proactively identify processes for improvements and standardization
β’ Assess and implement new data technologies and tools as needed
β’ Collaborate with People & Places teams to understand priorities and provide actionable and accurate reports
Skills:
β’ Min of 4 years in People Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Engineering
β’ Min of 2 years of experience with SQL
β’ Min of 2 years experience in high-quality reporting and visualizations in Tableau
β’ Experience with Workday, Fivetran, and Snowflake
β’ Bonus point if you have previous experience with HR data
β’ Experience architecting data flows and data models for performance and scale
β’ Track record of applying innovative solutions to complex database challenges
β’ Proven ability to promptly troubleshoot and resolve data performance issues and outages
