Requirements
We'd love to hear from you if you have a passion for continuous improvement in service delivery and a commitment to best practice system improvements with an employee experience focus. The ideal candidate will have:
• Minimum of four years' experience in Data / HR Analytics preferably within an HR Operations environment,
In a global or complex organisational context.
• Strong knowledge of HR Information Systems (HRIS) and experience in leading on improvements / upgrades
• Proven track record of improving HR operational processes and delivering high-quality, efficient, and
scalable HR services.
• Experienced in coaching, developing, and supporting team members to achieve consistent performance
and professional growth.
