Contract Transformation Migration Analyst – Wholesale Lending (ACBS / Loan IQ)
📍 London (2–3 days on site)
📅 Contract until 31 December 2026

We are looking for an experienced Transformation / Migration Analyst to support a large-scale Wholesale Lending platform migration from ACBS to Finastra Fusion Loan IQ.
This is a long-term contract role working within a complex, regulated financial services environment, partnering closely with technology, operations, controls and transformation teams.
What you will be doing:
You will play a key role in planning and executing data and process migrations, ensuring operational readiness and supporting both interim and strategic change initiatives across Wholesale Lending Operations.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading a migration pod and driving end-to-end execution of migration activities, including dry runs and go-live
• Owning data migration readiness, reconciliation, discrepancy resolution and data quality improvement
• Performing business analysis, current vs future state assessments, and documenting requirements
• Creating and executing test scenarios, scripts, and migration frameworks aligned to business risk
• Working closely with technology and operations teams to align processes and systems for migration
• Supporting UAT, operational readiness, training needs and transition into BAU
• Managing stakeholder communication, reporting progress, and supporting Go/No-Go decisions
• Identifying opportunities for process optimisation and automation
• Co-managing offshore migration deliverables and ensuring governance artefacts are completed and signed off
What we are looking for:
This role suits someone who has delivered change in large, complex organisations and is comfortable operating across business, technology and operations teams.
Essential experience:
• Hands-on experience with ACBS within Corporate or Investment Banking Lending Operations
• Hands-on experience with Finastra Fusion Loan IQ, either operationally or through implementation/upgrade projects
• Strong knowledge of Corporate and IB lending products and processes
• Proven experience in migration testing, data reconciliation and operational readiness
• Ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders across business and technology
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
Desirable experience:
• Project delivery or project management experience
• Exposure to Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
• Experience using tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint
• Lending and servicing experience across term loans, revolvers and delayed draw facilities
• Experience working closely with IT, Transformation and Change teams
