Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities • Support daily supply chain operations by managing supplier relationships and procurement processes. • Utilize Excel to analyze data, create reports, and track supplier performance metrics. • Assist in the preparation of purchase requisitions and maintain procurement records. • Conduct research on potential suppliers and compile relevant industry benchmarks. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and coordination with suppliers. • Participate in the documentation of standard operating procedures and assist in supplier onboarding activities. Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools. • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. • Effective communication skills to interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders. • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous learning and improvement. Preferred Skills • Experience with ERP systems and data management software. • Familiarity with SQL and advanced data modeling techniques. • Background in procurement or supply chain management. • Knowledge of industry standards and trends related to commodities.
